About Me

Hi I am a Las Vegas native and have had these celiac problems since I was little. As I grew up I saw Dr. after Dr. and stumped all of them. I guess I am the smartest of them all and I figured its an allergy to gluten.. TA DAA!! Now that I have to change my entire lifestyle instead of being scared or hesitant I am excited to FEEL BETTER!!
I married my best friend Geoffery last October. We have been together since we were 11!! He can of course eat anything he wants so I will have a little balancing act to perform when making meals for him and I.
Can't drink alcohol or caffeine because of my anxiety and migraines so I am so hopeful that I have found the problem and the solution!
I am looking forward to all the advice other members can share!
