I'm a PhD student at the University of Florida studying Forestry. That takes up just a tiny bit of my time but other than that I love to travel and go camping. I'm originally from NJ. I was diagnosed a couple of months ago but I'm one of four in my family so it wasn't really a shock. Because of them I already knew a fair deal about Celiac but I definitely need to learn a lot more. That's why I'm here!

I'm a PhD student so my advisor would probably want me to say research, research and research but...The Environment, Camping, Guitar (Mostly Grunge - I'm a product of the 90's, what can I say? :) ), Traveling, Reading (Scandinavian & Russian History, Music Bios, but all sorts of stuff really).
