My name is Anne and I’m fairly new to the gluten free kitchen. I made the decision to eliminate gluten from my diet in March of 2011. I’ve been living with MS for over 15 years and was urged by a relative to try going gluten free. Since I was getting pretty sick at that point so I was willing to try anything in hopes of improving my situation. During the second month of being gluten free I began to feel enough improvement in my symptoms that I am now committed to continuing on the gluten free journey. It isn’t always easy. I love pasta, bread and baked goods but unfortunately I don’t always have the money to buy the ready-made gluten free products that are on the market. Fortunately, I love to cook so I've embarked upon a gluten free cooking journey. I'm learning as I go along. You can find some of my recipes on my blog or YouTube channel
