My name is Teresa mother of two I have been diagnosed with Celiac only in my 30's After years of suffering I am a changed person I have with my husband started GlutenfreeSA to help people in south Africa suffering from the same issues as I did. Getting the right doctor to listen and get you tested is not easy. In South Africa Celiac is regarded as a uncommon disease I need to inform people of the real thread we have in gluten and the junk we are "forced" to eat these days
