About Me

I'm 15 years old and have Celiac Disease and Lactose Intolerance. I was diagnosed just before my Birthday Last April in 2011. My mom also has Celiac Disease and I spend a lot of my time researching and learning about Gluten-free products and ingredients every day. I enjoy teaching others about it and coming up with new Gluten-free foods for my friends and family to try. Hope I can be a help to anyone who needs it!
