I was diagnosed with celiac disease in the summer of 2010, with total villianous atrophy and levels in the 70s. My levels are still mid 50s, and my symptoms have yet to disappear despite an extremely strict gluten-free diet. I've come to be intolerant to grains and starches, and most meats (with the exception of lamb and chicken...weird I know). Also still lactose, probably because my stomach hasn't healed.
