I'm Jessica, and I'm new to Celiac. I have been sick all of my life, and visited many doctors, who have unable or unwilling to diagnose properly. I am a CNA, and after nearly a year of thinking I was dying, I started researching Celiac. I have most, if not all symptoms, and I decided to try a gluten free diet to see what happened.
I'm still in the early stages of my gluten free diet, but nearly all of my symptoms have already disappeared. I have also determined that I am lactose intolerant, and also cannot ingest citric acid.
I am a housewife and student, and I love cooking. I have a great sense of humor, and I try to stay optimistic. I love my husband, and our favorite past time is playing video games together.
