Almond butter makes me sick. It's taste thing. I like almonds, just not almond butter.

However, sit me down with a jar of peanut butter and it'll be gone faster than you can SAY peanut butter.

Amen to using up ingredients! Strawberry banana and flax muffins are one of my favourites, as is banana nut chocolate and lemon poppyseed. I have not yet tried any baking mixes but I have heard many good comments regarding Pamela's mixes.

STOP! I just had cake. Now I'm craving muffins.

There's no maintaining weight with this forum :rolleyes:

But you must give us the recipe for those banana nut chocolate muffins. Puhhhhllleeeaaazzze?

I used one stick of butter, and 3.5oz of olive oil. They turnt out fluffily-moist and deliciously sweet!

Sure, eat gluten-free. It doesn't bother me, but Dominos having this crust doesn't help matters, it will probably only leave a lot of people sick from the unknown cc.

I had a healthy-in-my-own-eyes supper :P

A Glutino English muffin toasted under the grill, with a gluten-free turkey sausage-thing, a tomato, and vegetables on the side. Then I had a Kinnikinnick Banana muffin, chocolate-coated almonds, dark chocolate Cadbury bar...hmm, what else, OH! Chocolate homemade flourless cookies with quinoa.

It was my only meal, so I had to fill myself with SOMETHING :D
Breakfast was a measly (small) bowl of cereal. Yuck.

Well Sunday I had dinner at my Dad's. Chicken which was stuffed with stove-top like dressing. I was given the chicken leg, which was kept separate from the dressing. I then loaded my plate with vegetables, ate, and enjoyed!

Monday however I had a splitting headache, and my stomach was trying to talk to me.

I'm telling you this because this is my first time being glutened since going gluten-free, and it was just....strange. I know it must have been the dressing, and my Dad's ignorance when serving it. He knows I can't eat gluten, but he doesn't grasp cross-contamination.

Anyways it came as a fright, becuase my headache never "progressed". It just hit me like someone hit me with a stick.

I think I've figured out my gluten "signal light".

I think we just have to accept that some doctors don't know what they are doing.

I never said ALL, I just said SOME. If you feel better when gluten-free, well, eat gluten-free. You probably are a coeliac or gluten intolerant, either way, as long as you feel okay!

Well it all depends I suppose. If you are not absorbing your nutrients yet, I wouldn't exercise, since (what my problem is) you'd lose more weight, and your body would not have anything to run off of.

But I don't know if exercise would have any effect at all, anyhow! It's good to exercise, but I think it's up to you. YMMV, as they say!
