Okay so maybe it could be acne amongst my dh. The only thing is they appear when I get glutened along with the my face and elbows and itch like crazy

Hi, I'm 25 and and am finally gluten free all the way. My last cycle was a week delayed and lasted like 14 days which never happens. I am usually always on the same day every month so I don't know if it's because of celiac or what. Maybe a celiac pro could answer this?

I'm sorry you are feeling bad. As we all told you on your thread about Reeses, they are gluten free. Its possible something else got you - like work or the gluten eaters in your home. Sometimes we can't ever exactly trace the source. Just some crumbs you didn't see, someone used your Peanut butter by mistake, etc.

I think you should continue smoking. A year from now, when you have the gluten thing figured out at your home & work, then you work on quiting.

Have you read the DH threads? Many people say iodine agravates it, especially in the beginning. Alos, some find a little relief with ointments that have a numbing agent in them or Ora-gel (for toothaches) which has the numbing stuff in it.

It may just be too processed a food - especially if you're at the beginning of gluten-free. I like them but I don't eat them now. Just too much "junk" in them for me to process. I may be ok with one bit no more than that.

I've only been completely gluten free for a few months now so maybe it was too much for y stomach to handle. Although I do fine with ice cream and stuff but maybe because buyers only has normal ingredients. I'm gonna have to be careful
