  1. I completely agree I wish that they wouldn't have labeled the crust gluten-free! Because after being cc with the oven, screens, and utensils. It just like when you pick up a box of cereal, that looks like it could be gluten-free then you start reading the ingredients and there at the bottom in the fine print it says Warning processed and packaged in the same...
  2. I used to work for Domino's.. The cornmeal they use is everywhere, and its mixed with flour. I wouldn't trust anything from that place. even just meat and cheese will have cornmeal in it.
  3. I just cooked sticky rice topped it with my own sweet and sour chicken. I took a rotisserie chicken and pulled the meat off the bone, put it all in a pan, a can of pineapple, and a can of water chestnuts, Topped it off with gluten free sweet and sour sauce. Heated it until it simmers.
  4. Teddylab: I am 250 lbs at 5'8'' and as far as I can tell I am intolerant, possible celiac. I have yet to be able to get to see a doctor about it. My mother is Celiac and was 210lb at 5'2''. There are two different kinds of celiacs ones that cant gain any weight from eating Gluten and there are those that their body stores the gluten because it cant do anything...
  5. So this happened 10 years ago, I was in CLEVELAND CLINIC. I had a team of doctors, I don't remember maybe 6-8 doctors all in my rooms standing over me, looking at my charts, and examining me. One of them looked at my mother and asked a very simple question. "Can she Feed herself" I was sitting there drawing pictures, of my family and trying to ignore them...
