I think it's about time I get an updated list of unsafe ingredients and was wondering if anyone here might have one they would be willing to share?

I am trying to teach my roommates how to cook for me, so I thought I might hang up a list.

I know of a few restaurants that I like and was wondering if maybe anyone knew of any others.

The places I have tried with good results are the following
Noodlecat: This restaurant's staff was extremely knowledgeable about what might contain gluten and worked with me to create a substition that I would be happy with. Most of their food is or can be made gluten free. It is located downtown
Johnny Mangoes: Items that are gluten free or vegetarian are clearly marked on the menu and there are a lot of options, that are delicious. I really enjoyed their pad thai. It is located in Ohio City.
Tommy's Gluten free Pizza and Chicken: I have seen people referring to a different one in the cleveland area but the one in Lakewood has a few different items available and delivers. (pretty far away I might add)

I'd love to try some more restaurants if anyone has anything they would like to recommend.

I personally added chocolate to the filling and covered it in gluten free raspberry sundae topping

I have zero experience editing photos, and I wanted to upload a picture for my profile. I was wondering if maybe one of you forum savvy people might be able to point me in the path of least resistance.

I'm not trying to get professional headshots just a picture that is small enough to upload

My mom has been suffering from all kinds of problems for years. She has been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Bipolar disorder, Afterwards I was diagnosed with Celiac and so she got herself tested for it as well. Well, the blood test came back negative but I still feel very strongly that she has it as it would explain not only the problems she has been diagnosed for but also the undiagnosed. Is it possible that it was a false negative? My uncle after hearing that I had gone gluten free also went gluten free (without seeing a doctor) and has claimed it has made him feel much better. It all just seems too convenient, anyone have thoughts on this?
