I am a 26 year old punky kind girl. My hair color has been just about every color of the rainbow and I have a lot of tattoos. I was just diagnosed with Celiac Disease in April of 2012 and trying to get my health back, but it's a struggle. Looking for people to connect with that understand what I'm going through with all of this going on. I love to cook and bake. I love movies and going to see bands play. Kissing...does This Happen To Anyone Else?

It's so annoying! When I go on a date and/or kiss someone who has ingested gluten (even if they drank beer), my lips end up getting horribly chapped, dry, crack, peel and get canker soars for weeks! Does this happen to anyone else, or am I alone on this one?

gluten-free Batter For Jalapeno Poppers?

Does anyone have a gluten-free batter recipe for jalapeno poppers? Trying so hard to find one for my dad because he misses making them. All I can find are bread crumbs or bacon. Grrr.

They can make just about any of their burgers gluten-free. They use the Jensen's buns, which I like a lot better than Udi's. They can even do their sandwiches gluten-free, (BLT SOOOOO GOOD!). They even have gluten-free onion rings! They have separate fryers for the tater tots, fries and onion rings. They are so great with preventing cross contamination. They have gluten free beer as well! Nom nom nom!

What Do You Do At The Hospital?

This is a huge fear of mine... When/if I have to have my brain surgery, if the hospital doesn't provide gluten free options, how will I eat while staying there? I saw in the prison post that a lot of people said that the hospitals where they are at didn't provide a gluten free option. Any suggestions as to what to do if they don't? Anyone else been in this dilemma?
