First of all -- I respect each and every one of you beautiful, strong, brave, and resilient human beings. What you fight through each and everyday make you warriors beyond the comprehension of anyone else on this earth.

My question is somewhat simple; but please don't let that discourage you from speaking your mind to the fullest.

1.) Has anyone experienced referred back pain from your intestinal pain? Does your intestinal pain radiate to your back, ever? Please feel free to state any of your peculiar symptoms.

Hello everyone -

I have been gluten-free for approximately 9 months. I have been very hard on myself when it comes to my special dietary concerns. Aside from the social ineptness - in relation to socializing when it comes to gathering over food and drinks- i think I manage pretty well. I'm sure I've been CC over the course of 9 months; but obviously it was unintentional. I am still in a significant amount of intestinal pain - above bellybutton and slightly to the left a few inches from navel - which concerns me about possible pancreatitis.

Aside from all that - I generally feel pretty horrible 3-4 days out of the week. How much longer should I expect this? How long did it take you to feel normal again?

Everyone here seems like family to me. Each and wveryone of us are warriors that have seen the worst - in our personal battles - we have been to hell and back; we have vouchers to prove it. Our strength is in numbers. With that said, I have a few inquires about our genetically inherited friend.:

1.) Has anyone had any issues with their gallbladder ie. gallstones or biliary dyskinesia - non-functioning gallbladder. If you've had the latter, did you symptoms eventually improve on a gluten-free diet or did said diagnosis call for a cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal)?

2.) I have been gluten-free for about 9 months; although I am still experiencing many of the original symptoms ie. intestinal pain - in lower upper left quadrant - and upper right quadrant pain. My appearance - facial features - looks horrible. Perhaps, I am being my own worst critic. Has anyone had facial - or any other body dysmorphia - such as appearing older/looser dryer skin?

I was curious as to if - consequently, anyone may have had gallbladder disease/cholecystectomy - gallbladder removal - as a complication of the disease

What were your symptoms; at the onset of your suspected gluten allergy? How long has it been since your diagnosis; and are you still having said symptoms?
