My special doctor tests everyone and finds a high percentage of positive results. She gives a gluten free diet for six weeks and no medication. No cereal at all and no dairy food, only natural food, egg, goat or sheep products and fruit and veg. She also give a natural over the counter satchel that cleans out the bowel first. It's so easy to pick them up and they live in so many people undetected I am told.

Hi, hope things improve for you. It is easy to eat healthy foods that help you lose weight and retain nutrition going gluten free.
Also keep in mind that both buckwheat and quinoa are very good replacements for cereal and are higher in protein. Thus you cut down on the extra carbs.
You can use quinoa half and half with rice. You can coat or thicken with buckwheat flour. There is plenty of scope to use these.
