I cannot have gluten dairy or soy. many otc pills are made with dairy to bind them. i have found that gelcaps are usually made without, and sometimes I buy the children's liquid and up the dose.

I agree with all the posters, and I also took my house gluten free. if others want gluten, they can have it out of the house, I have to know my own home is safe for me. I also replaced most of my kitchen tools, including pots and pans. 

 

he may also have other issues besides gluten. after my diagnosis I felt better, but not 100%  I also am allergic to chocolate, dairy and soy now. good luck! I hope you get it all sorted out and he feels better.

I feed my dog gluten free food and treats, I just felt weird having him laying on me, and gluteny doggy kisses

I drink coffee with no issues, but cannot drink tea, as I get cramps from tea

I'm past menopause, and my issues are that I go to sleep with no problem at an appropriate time, but I get up somewhere around 3 AM and can't get back to sleep for hours, sometimes not until I am almost due to wake up. this really affects my days. I was always a great sleeper in my younger days, but now, it's a problem. things are no different than when I ate gluten.
