What Brand Of Pasta Do You All Buy?

I have tried EVERYTHING and prefer BiAglut. It's an Italian brand of gluten-free products, has been produced in Italy for more than 45 years by the Italian affiliate of H. J. Heinz Company.

It taste EXACTLY like real wheat pasta. I order the different pasta's we use a few times a year.  The best thing about this pasta is that you can serve it to non-gluten-free people and they don't notice the difference. It is certainly the BEST of the best.



Cornstarch, Potato Flour, Lupin Flour, Lupin Proteins, Mono and Diglycerides (Emulsifier).




If You Are Looking For Cream Of Celery Soup...etc

I wanted to share this because it's so hard to find these soups. It is Teri's and very good. Gluten free and Made in Gluten Free facility.

It makes 7 cups BUT freezes VERY well and states that. I cook it and divide it into freezer Zip Lock baggies to use when I need it.

And yes we have tried some od their other glten free items.  :D

And it's NON GMO.



My Homebaked Bread

Our fresh baked bread for the week and yes it's gluten free and no gmo's! It's Maninis Miracolo Pane Peasant Bread Mix It taste 'exactly like regular bread' and smells heavenly when it's baking. :wub: I'm Not kidding! Each week when we bake I feel so blessed because I had stopped eating bread because I hated all the bread I tried. I am so thankful a lady on Facebook told me about it so I want to pay it forward.

I tried to attach a picture of it from photobucket but it wouldn't work.

Making Flour Tortilla's?

I bought a pack of Udi's a while back when we were out of town but they don't carry them where we live and it's too far to go get them.

I've tried all the brands sold around here and hate them. I bought an electric torilla maker that flattens and cooks them BUT the recipes I've tried are not good at all. I got one recipe from Gluten free on a shoestring and one I found online.


Is it possible to make homemade that taste like the real thing or close?
