My name is Silver, I am burdened with a laundry list full of mental health disorders, and have been physically sick for most of my life. It wasn't until just recently, when a celiac friend of my mother's, had made the suggestion that I might be sick because of gluten and not my mental health as I had believed. I am going on a one month trial of not eating gluten, and am in great hope that this will help me feel a bit better while I try to ride this out.
