Allergy Free Supplements

I know there is a lot of discussion on safe supplements now but I am running out of vitamin D and also calcium and was considering changing brands
to help with my continuing problems. I have osteopenia and low vitamin d so I am not able to get the amount that I need through food only. Any
suggestions? Thanks!

Selling Gluten Free Muffins

I am a teacher and wanted to obtain some extra money in the summer and was thinking of selling gluten-free muffins in my surrounding area.  What do you think?  I have one great recipe and will need to play around with some basic banana and blueberry recipes.  I was going to only offer 3 kinds.  I am dairy, egg and peanut free so they will not include those ingredients which make it more difficult to find that great muffin.  Do you think this is a good idea?  What am I missing?  Suggestions on pricing? I know Udi's is somewhere around $6 for 4 muffins.

Safe Sausage Brands

I am looking for bulk sausage to fix this week. We usually fix our own but we are out. All I find on the web are brands that claim to be safe but may have cc. I don't have a typical reaction so I am looking for help. Thanks!!

Oatmeal Muffins

I found this recipe in a regular cookbook. Pretty simple and tasty if you eat oats.
2 c. Quick cooking oats.
1/3 c. Brown sugar
1 1/2 t. Baking powder
1/2 t. Salt
1 c. Milk
2 eggs ( I used 1/2 c. Applesauce)
2 T. Oil
1 t. Vanilla

Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ones and add to dry. Blend well and let set 5 minutes. Grease muffin pan and pour mix into pan. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Serve these topped with syrup.
