I did try one of Giant's frozen meals, and was surprised to find that it tasted pretty good. I also have tried something else that I had found there. It is manufactured by "Allergy Free Foods Company" and is called Boneless Country Fried Chicken Breast. The batter is made with white rice, brown rice and modified tapioca starch.

I take a Glutino bagel and put it in a plastic sandwich bag. Nuke it for about 30 seconds and you get a nice hot, tasty bagel. It tastes great with cream cheese and salmon, or butter.

In Topic: Gluten-free Poptarts Substitute?

When I make pancakes, I mix up a whole bag of gluten-free pancake batter and make all of them at one time. I freeze them, a couple at a time, in a zip lock bag. You could make mock poptarts by popping a baggie in the microwave to heat and then adding some jam or applesauce and cinnamon in between the pancakes.

I had a dog named Thumper for 14 years. My brother has a dog named Bambi. My parents referred to them as the Disney granddogs   .
