You know what it's like to have to eat gluten-free, but imagine cooking for a family of temperamental, finicky eaters who as a group have blood-sugar and thyroid issues, celiac disease, and allergies to wheat, corn, soy, dairy, peanuts, and sunflower, safflower and canola oil!  It made me feel old beyond my years!
 
Sometimes the family did fine with the food we ate, and sometimes it seemed like we had more and more negative reactions to foods. Could we end up allergic to every food?! It was a scary thought!
 
I’m excited to now be able to help others with the things my family and I struggled with for years.  I am a holistic health coach board-certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a member of the International Positive Psychology Association, the Weston A. Price Foundation and Toastmasters International, and listed on Primal Docs.
