Anger Anyone?

I've never been an angry person, until the last few weeks. I went gluten-free about two months ago and it's been a total roller coaster. I've felt pretty good, and then even sicker than before. Lately my temper has been absolutely boiling. Does anyone have this reaction if their consuming hidden gluten? Or could it be an adjustment to being gluten-free? It's totally irrational, too. Nothing in particular sparks it.

I received my results from enterolab on 10/08/05. The more I read, the more consfused I am. Can someone tell me what I have?

Gluten Sensitivity Testing
Fecal Antigliadin IgA 35 Units (Normal Range <10 Units)

Fecal Antitissue Transglutaminase IgA 28 Units (Normal Range <10 Units)

Microscopic Fecal Fat Score: 84 Units (Normal Range < 300 Units)

HLA-DQ Gene Molecular analysis: HLA-DQB1*0302, 0501


Food Sensitivity Testing
Fecal anti-casein (cow's milk) IgA antibody 37 Units (Normal Range <10 Units)

Fecal anti-ovalbumin (chicken egg) IgA antibody 7 Units (Normal Range <10 Units)

Fecal Anti-Saccharomyces cerevisiae (dietary yeast) IgA 8 Units (Normal Range <10 Units)

Fecal Anti-Soy IgA Units (Normal Range <10 Units)


Since my fecal fat numbers are normal, does that mean I have just a sensitivity, or is it celiac disease? Does it matter if it's one or the other? I have really bad GI symptoms, but no weight loss. Just looking for input, thanks!

I haven't eaten out since I was diagnosed (three weeks ago), but I'm planning on going to a sushi restaurant soon. I know I should bring my own soy sauce, and I can't eat the eel, but what can I eat?

I just found out I have celiac disease (through enterolab) and was wondering what I can expect in terms of feeling better? How long does it take? What's your experience with getting on the gluten-free diet?
