  1. More stress load for this celiac disease of 48 years old. After having covid19 Feb 2020 and having the celiac disease being suppressed for over 18 Months. I opened by eyes to the World and focus was top notch. Currently my celiac disease have come on like a wild fire. Having moments of food coma once again. Eat some good gluten free food...
  2. This Celiac catched Covid19 February of 2020. My celiac symptoms went cold for about 10 Months. Then symptoms came back with a bit of extreme. But not as constant. Still way lesser brain fog. Being able to think and have energy to get regular goals done day to day. Still say getting Covid19 was the best thing to happen to me in 2020. But...
  3. Breaking the stereotyping of Celiac and gluten allergies is a hard journey that is never ending. On iodine for the thyroid it does wonders. Its a little hard to find a solid dosage amount for Potassium iodide. I take Terry Naturally, Thyroid Care Plus 20,000%. I don't take a multi pill of anything. I just take large dosages of Vitamins, Minerals, supplements...
  4. So young harder to diagnose the fever issues. As with gluten allergies vitamins are depleted within the body causing multiple health issues. For example Vitamin A is not getting to the right body parts. The mucus membranes in the throat flare up more often causing pneumonia do to mucus entering into the lungs. Because the lacking of Vitamin A. I'm talking...
  5. Only drink certified gluten free drinks. Soda pop is acid. Acid takes away minerals from teeth and bone. Acid just double downs on negative gut flora and depriving the body of needed calcium. Gluten free diet I believe in taking bold moves in countering acids with alkaline drinks more so. How far to go in a gluten diet for a normal digestive system? https...
  6. Whenever I watch the news of a horrible event. I say they should tested that person for gluten allergies. Plus, add in testing homelessness for celiac disease.
  7. I've read the other replies and support them. Gluten-Free diet would be a strong direction. Which means no soda pop as well. Other symptoms is after eating gluten having vomiting moments. Which the stomach acid causes tooth enamel damage. Maintain proper gluten free teeth brushing. Cavities at a young age is expensive and even more expensive...
  8. Christina information is spot on. Good gut flora is key. Berberine 1,500mg daily. multi daily pill. That's great for normal people. People with celiac disease should up take those doses mg. Vitamins, Minerals, Amino acids, Iodine, slippery elm, aloe vera and just no eating gluten. Yes, this does mean increase costs for your health.
  9. Trial and error everyone's body is different. Check out/search for studies of supplement berberine 1,500mg per day. Get that gut flora into the positive. Add in amino acids, vitamins, minerals. Not the daily pill. Up the mg's for best affects.
  10. Lets reverse this question for a moment of clarity. Getting infected from COVID19 causing celiac disease victims to reverse their symptoms? I catched COVID19 Feb 2020. My celiac symptoms reverse for a year plus. But some celiac symptoms are slowly returning in May of 2021. But a year of freedom gave me more strength and increase mindfulness...
  11. I agree on the testing. Colorado is doing test project. Best thing to do is not eat gluten, up take vitamins, minerals, amino acids. Don't take opioids. Good stomach flora berberine supplement is looking good. Yeah, the bipolar highs and lows is severe.
  12. Cognitive is needed so much in todays time. You actually notice the cognitive decline little by little. Don't enter into multitask jobs or professions.
  13. Check out research on Berberine supplement 1500 mg a day. Its for good gut bacteria. Once you get your gut bacteria to somewhat normal double dose on Vitamin B12, B6 (breaks down carbs), Biotin, L-Citruline (breaks down meats), iodine. Wish you good health.
  14. Interesting note. Catched Covid19 February 2020. It took a bit to recover and even after a month. One week I had a severe loss of breath to a point of possible stroke. I did double up on vitamins (iodine, Bs accept niacin) and took other supplements to increase blood flow. (Chaga, resveratrol, nattokinase) Its been over a year. Many of my celiac disease...
