Hi everyone, My hubby wants to take me to PF Changs...I was looking at the gluten-free menu and have no idea what I would order, I can't eat spicy foods..If you've been there, what's good?

Bobs Red Mill Pizza Crust

Hi, just thought I'd share with those who haven't tried it yet, I made the Bobs RM pizza last night, it was awesome, the best I've has so far, I was surprised because I'm not a fan of the products. the price was great [ I bought it at Ocean state job lot for those in Mass ] easy and it made a very large pizza..plenty for 3 ppl.

Help, Want To Make Toasted Almond Drink

Hi, My hubby and I want to have a couple toasted almonds with our BBQ..he bought the ingredients: Hiram Walker Coffee Brandy and Amaretto, you mix the 2 with milk..yum!

I have looked everywhere I can think of online to see if coffee brandy and amaretto are gluten-free..no luck? Does anyone know if they are safe? the only other ingredient on the bottles are carmel color

Alton Browns gluten-free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Hi, I have a few questions for those of you who have baked these, the measurements don't add up, he says to use [11 ounces brown rice flour, approximately 2 cups ] but 2 cups is 16 ounces, thats a big difference...same thing with the sugars.
I've read great reviews on these cookies but don't know which measurements to use.

8 ounces unsalted butter
11 ounces brown rice flour, approximately 2 cups
1 1/4 ounces cornstarch, approximately 1/4 cup
1/2-ounce tapioca flour, approximately 2 tablespoons
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 ounces sugar, approximately 1/4 cup
10 ounces light brown sugar, approximately 1 1/4 cups
1 whole egg
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons whole milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
