I am only 25, and I used to be cold all the time, I sweat more now gluten free than I ever did. I used to wear sweaters but not I have dwindled my collection and everything. I even get very toasty at night sometimes, they aren't night sweats nor do I get soaking wet, but sometimes I put shorts on or take all the covers off which is unusual to me.

The anxiety I was suffering from pre-celiac all stemmed from situations that were caused by the celiac, getting sick in public/finding a bathroom, being too sick to leave the house, wondering what was wrong.
A few weeks gluten free and I was seeing that anxiety disappear.
I watch for a reaction ... and if something causes a reaction, I don't eat it anymore.
I know some people don't want to do it that way, which is fine. This method wouldn't work for someone who didn't react to small amounts of gluten.
Nesquick said the product had no gluten ... possible contamination. Pretty much everyone says that. We have a sue-happy society, I'd say that, too if I manufactured food.
I actually do this as well, and I do not use Nesquik but I am not a milk drinker so that is my reason. I use many items that have the CC warning and have not had an issue.
