Wegmans Prenatal Vitamins

I thought I would share this

I recently purchased prenatal vitamins (we're trying) but I was told if you start taking the vitamins pre-baby it helps. So in Wegmans the other day I was looking at the different bottles. I noticed they actually had their own brand there and it was labeled gluten free with a nice "G".

I am aware they label the food products with G's--I am a very frequent shopper. They are now starting to label the vitamins and supplements too. So I bought a bottle for a decent price. I was excited. They make celiac so much easier!

Learning How To Cook

Hi guys-
I have been starting to cook more made from scratch meals. Its only my husband and I and I do a lot of marinated chickens but I am missing side dish ideas. If you guys would post some of your ideas and recipes that would be great.

I am looking for sauce recipes--like garlic herb, or butter herb, parm sauces.

I would love to hear any great main dishes you might have as well.

I am starting to enjoy it and I am open to all sorts of ideas. We are only gluten-free free if that helps. I know this board is filled with some great cooks and people who are very skilled at converting recipes over--I am sadly not one of those people. So please help me!!!!!

So today in Wegmans I was in the gluten free aisle when my husband spotted soups....which I had never seen. Heinz had made 3 soups and they were made gluten free and labeled it.

There was Cream of Tomato
Potato and Leek
and Beans and Tomato soup.

It was a good find. We didn't try any but they are very different looking from the real "tomato soup." These are all metallic cans. Look old fashioned.....if that helps

I was excited!!!!
