Cook From Frozen:
OVEN:
Preheat oven to 400 deg F.
Remove frozen chicken tenderloins from bag & outer packaging. Place frozen chicken tenderloins on a broiler pan or baking rack to allow chicken to drain. Cook 8-10 minutes per side or until an internal temp of 165 deg F has been reached by use of a thermometer.

FRYER (Oil)
Preheat Oil to 350 deg F (Canola Oil recommended). Remove frozen chicken tenderloins from bag & outer packaging. Place frozen chicken tenderloins into oil & cook for 6-7 min. or until an internal temp of 165 deg F has been reached by use of a thermometer.

PAN FRY
Heat 1/8 of an inch of canola oil in a skillet over medium setting. Place frozen chicken tenderloins into oil and cook 4 minutes on each side.

My children are die hard chicken nugget fans. I purchased this to hopefully satisfy the celiac and the non-celiac children. Mission accomplished! Both loved these, as well as the nugget variety. The non-celiac kids even asked for this again, by choice! Good products.

I LOVE these chicken tenderloins. They are not the little ground up meat patties like I got here before. These are chunks of chicken. I will be buying these again, and again. Highly recommend to others.

These are our favorite chicken tenderloins! They have a lot of flavor and the breading reminds me of gluten containing chicken tenderloins that I used to eat! Even my son who can still eat GF loves these!

I love these! The breading sometimes peels off if it gets stuck to the pan when it is still warm so make sure you grease even your non sticks. They are worth the money! For the price you couldn't make these and have them turn out so yummy!

Eat at least once a week. Huge pieces - great taste. Would recommend cooking longer then stated on package or chicken will not be done. These are solid chucks of real chicken.
