I absolutely ADORE these and constantly stock up. I never have the energy to make chicken nuggets from scratch, so having these on hand is my go-to quick meal. They also taste spectacular with the hemp mayo mixed with Cholula.

Fantastic! When we started a gluten free diet for our 3 year old, we first tried Ian's nuggets. He would not eat them. Then we had difficulty finding a soy free option. These nuggets are the best by far. He will eat them and they are just as good as purdue, but allergen free.

Eat these a few times a week. Great with a dipping sauce. Husband also likes these. Have always oven baked or toaster oven (if only doing a few at a time). Besure to turn over and cook both sides. Note: Baking takes longer than the instructions on the package state. If you only cook time on package the interior meat is still pink *may want to thaw 1st or lightly pan fry. I just cook longer time.
