This product makes a great alternative to oats! I really like to eat it with dried fruit and nuts! I used almond milk to prepare it which worked well.

Very quick! Very good! Ready in less than two minutes with a great flavor and texture. My children love this and they think it is oatmeal...(I have not told them otherwise). Very versatile. I recommend this in every pantry!

Ancient Harvest Quinoa Flakes is a creamy mild flavored hot cereal which cooks quickly, without lumps. It tastes great with raisins and chopped nuts.

Great thing for any pantry, whether you are Gluten Free or not. The flakes make a wonderful quick breakfast porridge, thicken soups and stews, and add great body to GF cookies, breads, and muffins.

These are a good alternative for hot cereal. Not my favorite, though. They are a little bland and mushy, but adding some raisins and a little maple syrup helps.

Didnt care to much for this as a hot cereal but do know the importance of Quinoa. So try the recipe on the back for cookies! They are great. I sub agave for the honey and maple sugar for the b. sugar. Use less than the amount though. They were soft and chewy ( I dont know why they call the crispy cookies). Freeze well too.

The first quinoa I had ever had when first diagnosed. The perfect breakfast and it's loaded with much needed protein! I love it! Tastes even better when you make it with apple juice.

This is a really wonderful cereal. As a bonus, it makes the best "oatmeal" chocolate chip cookies. As a hot cereal it is tops.

Nice hearty cereal, but it needs a bit of salt and some honey/stevia. Add a bit of banana and it tastes even better. My child will eat it okay, but it's not his favorite.

Wow this is a very good hot cereal! Very close to oatmeal in my opinion. I love how much fiber and protein it has in it too! I mixed in some cinnamon, honey and berries and couldn't eat enough of it! Very delicious. I highly recommend it!

This is a very light and delicious cereal. I like to mix it with honey and cinnamon. I still miss oatmeal but the quinoa gives me the warm yummy breakfast I crave in the morning.

This is the healthiest GF cereal I've found, hands down. Full of fiber and protein, and very filling. I use this to replace oatmeal in many recipes, too (increase the liquid in the recipe a bit if you're going to do this). I enjoy this as a hot cereal and I add raisins and cinnamon - The cinnamon helps cut the slightly unique quinoa flavor a good bit. Also good with maple syrup. Great way to start the day.

I really like this. It's the closest thing to oatmeal I've found. Makes great cookies. (There's a good recipe on the box) is also good as hot cereal.
