This is an amazing gluten-free pasta - so good that none of my kids or even my husband knew it was gluten-free!! That says a ton about the taste and consistency!!!

This is by far the best brand of GF pasta out there, that I have found!! It's texture and taste is just right, although I agree with other reviews that it does take longer to cook than the package recommends. Plus, it has the added health benefits of quinoa, which makes it preferable to me over rice pasta.

These were a little dificult to cook at first, but I have learned to add a little olive oil or butter when boiling to keep from sticking or gobbing up while cooking.

They were ok sticked a little, the taste was good. Like using other brands better now but would buy them again.

A good alternative for pasta lovers who enjoy the more robust taste that brown rice pasta gives you. The texture is more chewy than traditional pasta and I agree with one of the other reviewers that it should be cooked a tad longer than the directions suggestion, to reduce the chewiness factor and enjoy the flavor of the pasta. This pasta stands up well to chunkier and richer sauces, like fresh garden vegetable or sauces made of sauteed grape tomatoes, white beans, olive oil and fresh basil. ENJOY guilt free and remember that quinoa is a source of protein.

I have bought and tried many different brands of gluten free Pasta and by far this one is the best! My whole family enjoyed it which is really rare. I would advise anyone who is looking for a gluten-free Pasta to try this one.

I love this quinoa pasta. It makes me feel really good about eating pasta when it's quinoa - it has a lot of protein and is a tad bit better for you than rice pasta. If you are doing gluten free pasta you should do a hearty quinoa pasta.

A good alternative for pasta lovers, it tastes good. However, be sure to cook it longer than the instructions say, or your pasta may be al-dente.

Delicious and nutritious! Has a slightly different texture than regular linguine, but seems to digest easily. This pasta goes great with a sauce of kelp, nori, garlic and parsley with olive oil.

Really good--and it helps that quinoa is the best grain for you, too. Healthy, hearty, and perfect with tomato sauce and soy "cheese".

Excellent product. I love pasta and was hating having to give it up because let's face it most gluten free pastas are just yucky. This has almost the same consistency and texture as the regular stuff and it tastes good too.

I have tried a million different pastas since being diagnosed and Quinoa is the best there is. Great texture and flavor. It reminds me of what pasta was before getting sick.

This is EXCELLENT pasta! My husband (who isn't a celiac) agrees and even prefers it to regular pasta.
Do be sure to follow the directions and use a bit of oil and KEEP STIRRING or the noodles will stick together.
