I have used the shells as well as the spaghetti and elbow noodles of this same brand. They are wonderful. My daughter who is not celiac prefers them to regular wheat noodles. Just make sure you use the right amount (or more) water than recommended. And soak or rinse your pan/pot right after use. The 'stuff' that soaks off during the cooking procedure turns very sticky if left too long. Especially when it leaks over the top and gets all over the stove. Not that I have that happen to me every time I cook it!! (just 90% of the time.)

Tastes like the real thing! The best non-gluten pasta I've tried thus far. Tastes good with a variety of sauces.

This is the only kind of pasta I get, even my non-celiac husband eats it. He prefers it to regular pasta because it is more nutritious and is not as soft when cooked. It is a bit expensive per box, but is worth the money.

What!? These are gluten-free? I was so happy to stumble upon this wonderful pasta. My husband didn't even notice the difference from regular pasta. He was very surprised to hear that they were gluten-free.

I really like the texture of this pasta. It is somewhat chewy, which I like. Has a nice hint of nuttiness. Goes well with many dishes.

These shells are wonderful for mac and cheese! This brand of pasta is our favorite because it is easy to cook and has a really good taste. Angel hair would be nice too!

Everybody in the family liked this a lot. It tastes even better than normal shells. I highly recommend this pasta for gluten free and non-gluten free diets.

This is our favorite gluten-free pasta yet! We tried several varieties of rice pastas and they were ok if all we wanted to do was boil and then top with sauce, but I couldn't make them stay firm in any baked dish. After almost resigning ourselves to mushy baked pasta dishes, we discovered this and we'll never go back! Yummy!

I used this a couple times to make a casserole. It tastes really good but it is a bit mushy, i just wish they made the shells a little bigger.

I loved this pasta! I was recently diganosed with a Gluten Allergy/Interolance. I was heart broken, but determined to try the gluten free pastas. The rice noodles were awful, so I was very nervous to try this one, and much to my surprised I loved them! I love the slightly nutty tast to them. I was able to add butter, sea salt, and pepper like I usually did with regular gluten noodles, and it was wonderful.

This pasta is absolutely the best I've tried so far. It holds up very well to cooking, and doesn't break apart like others I've tried. It has a great flavor. I can feed it to my gluten-eating family, and they can't tell the difference, so there's no need to cook 2 different pots of pasta!

I think Ancient Harvest Quinoa is great. I don't care for rice pastas. This has a good texture and a nice flavor. My whole family likes it better than wheat pasta, even the gluten eaters.

I find this brand's pasta a little mushy compared to many of the brown rice pastas I've had. I like that quinoa is higher in protein, so it's a good alternative.

Delicious and nutritious! Has a slightly different texture than regular shells, but seems to digest easily. This pasta goes great with a faux cheese sauce.

Being Italian and recently diagnosed with Celiac I was eagar to try gluten free pasta. I made pasta fagoli with these shells and honestly couldn't tell the difference! I will definitely order again!!

The whole family can enjoy these and they taste like regular pasta, only better. My daughter usually wants to avoid her brother's special foods, but she loves quinoa pasta. We rarely have any left overs. Very good with any recipe.

These are fantastic. I buy Gluten Free for my son, but these are so good I switched the whole family! They hold up better than most Gluten Free varieties and the nutritional value cannot be beat.

I really like this brand but I had a problem with the shells staying together and not all falling apart (some stayed together and some fell apart). The spaghetti noodles and elbow noodles I had better luck with.

Very good pasta! I will usually try almost anything with quinoa at least once, but I will buy this again and again. Tastes just like the other pasta I used to eat. The whole family loves it. Highly recommended.

Exceptionally good pasta!! We love quinoa so we tried these. They are great in hot dishes as well as cold, i.e. pasta salad. This is my husband's favorite. I will buy more---a lot more!!

We are a family of 7 and even though only 2 of us are celiacs, we all love this pasta! Quinoa brand is the only pasta we will buy. We only wish they made a lasagna noodle too. This is really good stuff!
