Being brand new to celiac disease, this was the first product I tried. Very surprised how good it tasted. Just need to cook it a little longer. Great start to my new lifestyle!

Ancient Harvest Quinoa Pasta is EXCELLENT! It has a wonderful texture and taste. I have learned a little each time I have cooked it, and now I know to give this pasta plenty of water and plenty of room in a large pot. This helps to keep it from sticking. It is also a good idea to add a little olive oil to the water, and to let it cook a little longer than regular pasta.

This is really good gluten-free pasta, although it is not my favorite. That is probably because I favor mac and cheese so I go with the elbows. This pasta is good, just really pay attention to the cooking time!

By far the BEST GF pasta out there. The most like "real" pasta. It is not slimy or gummy like some other brands and I have found it to be the best price as well.

I thought I had found the closest gluten-free thing to real pasta when I found Schar pasta. But after trying this pasta, Schar doesn't even compare. This pasta was amazing! I can't wait to make it for my husband to see if he can tell the difference. I have a feeling he won't know.
Now, if they could only make lasagna noodles!

This spaghetti noodle taste remarkably similar to a wheat based spaghetti. I found that the gluten-free noodle takes longer to cook than regular spaghetti, so if you like yours more cooked than "al dente" make sure you sample it before removing it from your stove! (5 of 5 stars)

This pasta is great! Tonight I made a big spaghetti dinner for me (gluten free) and 3 (gluten-eating) friends, and we all loved it. I like knowing that this pasta is much healthier for me than the regular stuff too! Very tasty, this is my favorite gluten free pasta, and I've tried several different kinds.

Ancient Harvest Quinoa Gluten-Free Spaghetti Pasta tastes better than any pasta I've tried. My friends rave about the taste and don't have to eat gluten-free! I highly recommend it for all of your pasta dishes. All of the products from Ancient Harvest taste wonderful! Happy Eating!

My daughter (13) and I have Celiac and have tried many types of gluten free pasta and decided pasta was just not something I was going to bother with . Nothing even came close to what pasta is supposed to taste like. My daughter loves pasta so when I found this pasta made with Quinoa I gave it a shot for her. It was really really good. She told me right away with pleasure mmmmm it's like the real thing. We will only use this pasta!

This pasta was great. I've tried several things that tasted either very mush like cardboard, or that kind of sticky flavorless rice stuff. I used it to make spaghetti, and even my dad (who is a picky eater, and doesn't have to worry about gluten) couldn't tell a difference. I will purchase this product again.

Delicious and nutritious! Has a slightly different texture than regular spaghetti, but seems to digest easily. This pasta goes great with a marinara sauce.

I had been using a rice pasta from a local store and my son always complained that it was too thin and bland. He LOVED this! He said it was better than "real" spaghetti that he used to eat! Another item to add to my list of things to re-order!

I've tried many different kinds of Gluten Free pastas. This is, by far, the best. The texture is perfect! Not at all mushy. I prefer my pastas to be al dente. This pasta is definitely able to hold its texture. I ordered one to try it out--I just placed an order for a case of it. I'll never stray from this wonderful pasta!

I was pleasantly surprized with my first gluten-free pasta product! It was delicious and kept well in the frig for the next 2 weeks. Regular pasta spoils faster.

Although the entire family is not gluten-free and casein-free, everyone has switched to this pasta. It is firm and tasty, much better than rice based spaghetti. We mixed the leftover pasta immediately with spaghetti sauce and it heated up well the next day. I have found that you have to use a lot of water and stir very frequently, otherwise you end up with one giant noodle all stuck together! We use a very large pot and break the pasta into 3rd, and it turns out wonderful.

I slipped this spaghetti to my family, and they didn't know the difference. It cooked the same and had the same texture. The only thing I noticed that was different was when I tasted it for doneness without sauce, is has a very slight mustard-like flavor (and that's not a bad thing).

This is fabulous! It tastes like wheat pasta and takes the same amount of time to cook. It also doesn't leave you with a heavy feeling after the meal.
