Andean Dream was founded by Ingrid Hirstin Lazcano after she experienced the health benefits of quinoa first-hand. She developed a business relationship with Andean Valley, Bolivia's largest exporter of Royal Quinoa (a variety high in protein and amino acid content) and began making gluten-free, quinoa-based cookies and pastas. Andean Dream's cookies are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free, trans fat-free, corn-free and nut-free, and their pastas are gluten-free, corn-free, soy-free, organic and kosher. Andean Dream is based out of Los Angeles, California.
