I just learned this week that I have Celiac Disease and that my son is also Gluten intolerant and may also have Celiac Disease..I have been busy researching all I can and have found this site to be a wealth of information. I just discovered your Gluten Free Store tonight.. AWESOME and even more important the List of Food and Ingredients that we Cannot Have... too many people tell you contradictiory well meaning bits of information...but coming to this site has giving me Accurate information that either confirms and or contradicts various well meaning suggestions by well meaning friends of what we can and cannot consume. I have copied the list of the 'Not Allowed' consumables...and we will keep that with us as we shop till we have this in our heads. I "Thank You" All for your time and work that has gone into this site to assit those of us who come here for guidance and knowledge.
