I used this flour for making fried chicken and to bread pork chops and it worked great. I will order this again and try to make biscuits and see how it turns out.

Just made Irish soda bread for the first time with this mix. I used less liquid than the original recipe called for and no xantham gum as the package suggests. Still very good! Next time I'll use the xantham gum and still less liquid. But, the bread was delicious and my mother even swore she liked the gluten free version better!

This flour works really well with all my baking. I made the bread once and it was as good as any wheat bread. Unfortunately the kids refused to eat it, so I'm back to featherlight for the bread. This flour is still my go to for all my dessert cooking.

I really like this flour. It tastes a little beany sometimes, but not often. It has great texture and you can truly use it cup for cup in recipes to exchange for regular flour. I finally made great homemade brownies after 5 years by using this flour!

I loved this flour because it's several blends so it can be exchanged for wheat flour. I used this to make ginger bread cookies and it was just like wheat gingerbread cookies! I was extremely pleased and I intend to buy it again and again!

I really liked this flour. I used it to make cookies, and they were pretty good. Yes, this flour does have a pretty strong smell to it - but it's not bad.

We've found Bette's Gourmet Four-Flour Blend to be an excellent cup-for-cup substitute for the wheat flour we used before I discovered my gluten sensitivity. It worked wonderfully in our traditional Irish sodabread recipe on St. Patrick's day, and it even worked beautifully in our sweet potato waffles recipe! The flour gives our waffles and baked goods a light, tender texture, and the flavor had a touch of sweetness that we liked. I didn't notice any particularly bean-y taste despite all the bean flours in Bette Hagman's mixture; of course, that may have also been due to the other flavors in our recipes overshadowing any bean flavors. Anyway, if you're just starting out on a gluten-free lifestyle and want to be able to prepare your favorite baked goods and waffles with a Gluten Free twist, I highly recommend Bette's Gourmet Four-Flour Blend!

Although I don't have very many flour blends to compare this to, I really like this. So far I have used it primarily for pancakes and muffins and have really liked the results!

A good flour mix even if it has quite a strong garfava flavor. It is really not suitable for any delicately flavored baked goods.
The strong bean flavor was still discerable in Banana Nut Cake and Carrot Cake, although not terribly offensive, but was too strong for even chocolate chip cookies.
I prefer using Betty Hagman's Featherweight Flour to this one as an all-purpose GF flour.

Finally a flour mix that tastes great and has a great texture as well. We have used it for cookies, popovers, lemon bars and all sorts of goodies. It bakes well, without needing to add xanthum gum, and seems to rise better than other flours.

This the best flour ever! I'm glad I found it! The taste is so much better than baking mixes and it makes the best gravy! My mom even uses it and she can eat wheat flour.

This flour blend had a great taste and was very versitile. I used to order multiple bags of gluten free flour and mix them myself - but this flour blend does that work for me.
