Love this product! Works great for any kind of baking. The only down side for me is the price. Its a little pricey for the amount of flour you get.

Of all of the GF flour mixes (ready made or ones I made), this is by far superior to anything I have used in the 6 years I have been gluten free. The superfine brown rice flower, as well as the tapioca starch and potato starch give the finished product a delicious, smooth, non-gritty taste. No more do I have to use mixes with garbanzo flour as the first ingredient. Yeah!! My family has enjoyed every baked product I have made with this flour; cornbread, bread, biscuits, cookies, pancakes, cake, to name just a few. This is a great "classical" blend!

This was a little to pricey for my wallet, however it baked very good bread. If cheaper I would purchase again.

I have used this flour for breads, cookies, and to thicken sauces. It has worked wonderfully. It is definitely one of my favorites.

I have used this flour to make the vanilla cupcakes (recipe printed on the bag) with my original butter cream frosting. They are absolutely delicious! My wheat-eating husband and son devour these every time I bake them. I also made some banana chocolate chip muffins which rivaled the ones I used to make with wheat flour.

This is the best blend. I had to order the separate compotents when this became unavailable for some reason but I'm glad to see it again. This is a great substitute for making dough for pie crusts and cake for parties! I love to bake and had to relearn it all again with this blend. I'm glad I didn't give up when I found out that I couldn't have wheat or gluten. Try it!

I love this flour blend and that it's all put together so I don't have to find and purchase the different flours and measure them out. I use this for recipes in Annalise Roberts cookbook "Gluten-Free Baking Classics", it is my favorite gluten free cookbook, the recipes are delicious!

Excellent flour mix. I usually substitute this flour cup for cup for any non-Gluten Free baked goods recipe (plus add 1/2 teasp xanthan gum per cup), and results have been great, Also use it to thicken gravies and dredge meats before cooking.

I usually make this mix myself but it can be time consuming. This is a great time saver and there is no grittiness. :)

I love how my baked goods come out - no gritty taste and no crumbling - I use Annalise Roberts recipes and this is her gluten free all purpose blend and I highly recommend it.
