I have found rice flours, in general, are grainy and makes the item (cake, brownies, etc.) unpleasant due to the feeling of sand in your teeth while chewing. This superfine rice flour is not grainy in the least. It is perfect, and I'm pretty picky.

I like the superfine flour. I use it to make my gluten-free pizza. Also gravies. The only thing I didn't like was the tape to reseal the bag. Once open, flour will get on the tape and of course, it won't stick to close it. I get around that by putting it in a zipper bag.
