Bakery On Main was founded by Michael Smulders in Glastonbury, Connecticut. In late 2003 they created their first gluten-free granola, which is sourced with gluten-free ingredients, and is produced in a way to reduce the risk of cross-contamination with gluten. Their state of the art facility uses rigid quality controls and in-house gluten testing on every batch.
