I chose this product because of price and reviews. However, I would not recommend this pizza crust. It had an odd grainy texture and flat taste, even with fresh cheese and vegetables on top. Waste of fresh vegetables. There are several really good gluten-free pizza mixes and pre-made pizzas that one should not have to settle for this type of a product. I would not buy again.

These pizza crusts are AWESOME! They make delicious little pizzas. I freeze them and just thaw in the refridgerator the day I plan to make pizzas. You just add sauce, toppings, and cheese. I use Ragu Pizza sauce which is GF. I use mushrooms, onions, and green peppers as my choice toppings. You can even use Daiya cheese and make your GF pizza vegan. I slighty oil my pizza pan and I use the pans with holes so that the crust gets a little crispy. Barkat products are the best and my favorite for crackers, pizza crusts, etc. Both the brown rice and white rice crusts are good. Very delicious and easy to use!

This is by far my ultimate favorite! Born and raised in NY, I thought I would die without being able to have pizza again, when I was told I had to live a Gluten free diet! I tried this pizza crust and absolutely loved it! Granted I put some Barilla's tomatoe sauce on it with fresh basil, Italian seasoning, hot red peppers, salt to taste, oregano and throw in some cilantro, then I broil it for a nice cook in, then I top it with Buffalo mozzarella cheese more fresh basil and throw in some pepporoni! Absoutely Yummy! My husband doesn't even notice the difference. He loved it and was ready for more! Highly recommend this item. (Searched for a long time for a great pizza crust that was easy to use, this one is definitely high on my list!)

We made a desert pizza using preserves, fruit and a powdered sugar icing. it was good, the texture of the crust was pretty crunchy though and although good for a desert pizza, would probably be difficult to eat with regular toppings and a fork.

I tought this was one of the best pizza crusts I have tasted - in the gluten free category of course. The teste of the crust was on the bland side - which I rate as good because there was not a lot of after taste. When I put pizza sauce and cheese and vegetables on it the toppings had a slight tendency to slide, but I also had a lot of toppings. It was outstanding when I brushed olive oil on it, sprinkled a rosemary herb blend and baked it.
