These remind me of the wafer cookies I had as a little kid. They smell a little strange, but the lemon flavor eradicates any semblance of weird gluten-free aftertaste. Try these!

I have tried these wafers a couple times. They have always been fresh, and present a nice lemon flavor/taste. There is limited taste from the wafer itself... but they are a nice treat.
