Gluten Free Foods Ltd was established in 1994 by Richard Ward and his son, Ellis, a celiac disease sufferer. Their company was one of the first to offer gluten-free foods in the UK. The BARKAT brand is dedicated wheat-free and gluten-free, and many of their products are also free of milk, yeast, eggs and soy. They offer a variety of gluten-free cookies, crackers, pizza crusts, pastas and pretzels.
