JD's Best Gluten-Free was founded by Jim DeCasperis, who, along with his young son, are recently diagnosed celiac patients who need to eat a gluten free diet. Jim worked with his wife to develop a gluten-free version of their family’s traditional Neapolitan pizza recipe. The result was a gluten free pizza that people with wheat allergies could enjoy, and a gluten-free pizza that actually tasted like a real Neapolitan Pizza. After sharing it with other celiac patients they decided to bring this pizza to the rest of the world. All products are handmade in a 100% gluten-free bakery.
