This all purpose flour is awesome! I made a batch of brownies and my family couldn't tell the difference between these and my usual recipe! I would totally recommend this product to anyone who is a gluten free baker!

I am in love love love with this flour! It really is a great substitute for all-purpose flour. Just as a test, I made my cookie recipe I'm known for with this so I could have a gluten-free version, and gave it to a bunch of people who don't have to worry about gluten free diets just to see if they noticed anything different, and they didn't even notice the change! I'm a professional baker, so I could tell a few differences though. It gave the dough a grainer feel in the mouth, and I had to use less butter, because they seemed to almost "leak" butter once they were baked. But to be honest, I think it made my cookies taste better than with regular all-purpose flour.

I have tried all your baking flours, I use my regular recipes and everything comes out very well. One thing you have to remember is to use an egg in the recipe, even if it does not call for one. My pie crust with this flour is better than it was with wheat flour. My husband and grandchildren cannot tell the difference when they eat this flour. I feel like I have conquered the battle of cooking without wheat flour. Thank you very much.

I started using this flour because three of my grandsons and my son-in-law need to eat gluten-free. I first made the Italian style rolls and they loved them. I have used it in several other recipes, too and they have all been good. They make great chocolate chip bars!

I just started using this flour & so far it has worked wonderfully. It's true what other reviewers have said. You can substitute this for regular flour & get pretty much the same results as regular flour. Great product!

This is the best Gluten-Free All Purpose Flour blend I have tried. I made cakes and they came out perfect. My non GF friends couldn't believe that it was GF. And the recipe for the rolls on the package I made for dinner tonight. They were amazing! The whole family loved them. I added a little Italian spice and garlic powder and WOW!

This is the most wonderful gluten free all purpose flour I have used! Prepare delightful dishes with this batter mix! Yes great for chicken wings! And it will make a fantastic dessert after you finish the chicken wings! A wonderful addition to your pantry~~Make sure you buy enough!

This flour is one of the best I've used in baked goods. Sugar cookies are excellent, muffins are great, as well as pancakes. When making sugar cookies (or others) that have to be rolled out, leave out 1/4 cup of the flour called for. This allows for flour to be introduced while rolling, without making the product too dry.

I love Better Batter! It looks, tastes and acts almost exactly like regular wheat flour. I use it for almost all my baking now. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I purchased this flour with high expectations and they even exceeded what I was hoping for. I have made chocolate chip cookies twice for my son with Celiac. I never would have expected to get the same thick, delicious cookie (if not better!) that he was used to. I can't wait to make devil's food cake.

Wonderful and convenient flour substitute. We've used it as a coating and to make my grandmother's sugar cookie recipe...it works as close to wheat flour as anything I've ever used!

This flour is the best flour we have found. We used the entire thing in a week just experimenting and enjoying gluten free flour that works as well as regular flour does. We will be buying lots more of this.
