Well, I was desperate for hot dogs, so I thought I would give these a try. I heated them in boiling water just like I used to do the regular hot dogs. Taste-wise, I could not tell I was eating buffalo. However, they did not swell up and get soft like the regular kind. Instead they got kind of tough. But with lots of mustard, they were fine and they satisfied my hotdog urge. I am going to give them a 5 rating because of tasting good, but I wish they cost a bit less. By the time I buy these and then pay for frozen shipping, the cost is simply prohibitive!
