Directions Ingredients: 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional) 1 tablespoon vanilla 2/3 cup milk or favorite non dairy drink 1 jumbo egg (optional) 1/3 cup oil (canola, grapeseed, coconut or butter may be used) 1/2 to 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13" baking pan. In the bowl of a food processor, combine beans, milk, egg, oil and vanilla. Pulse until coarsely pureed. Blend (by hand) wet ingredients in with Breads from Anna Black Bean Brownie Mix until smooth. Pour and spread out evenly in baking pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
