Directions Ingredients: 1/3 cup oil (canola, coconut or butter, olive oil is not recommended) 2 large eggs, well beaten 3 ripe medium bananas, pureed approx 1 cup 2/3 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and dust with tapioca starch or rice flour an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 loaf pan. Mix all wet ingredients until creamy, and Breads From Anna Banana Bread mix. Mix until well blended, stir in chopped nuts. Spoon into prepared pan, bake for 1 hour. Let cool one hour before slicing.
Bread can also be made into muffins, bake for approximately 20-25 minutes.
