1/4 cup milk or favorite non-dairy drink, including water
3/4 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
Place dry mix in a medium size bowl. Add wet ingredients and blend until well combined. The crust will be slightly oily. Press one half of the dough into 9-inch baking dish. Use remaining dough to make top crust of pie. Place this remaining dough between two pieces of wax paper on a cutting board. Roll out and then place in freezer for 20-30 minutes. After chilling, remove top sheet of wax paper then place dough on top of pie filling, seal edges. Bake according to filling recipe.
