This is a deliciously spiced bread. Many customers use this mix and the Banana Bread Mix to make muffins. Add nuts, chocolate chips or dried fruit to make the bread even more hearty. It's very easy to prepare and stays fresh for days.

Ingredients: Crystallized honey, tapioca flour, arrowroot, chickpea flour, pinto bean flour, navy bean flour, potato starch, millet, maple sugar, chia flour, cinnamon, ginger, clove, nutmeg, xanthan gum, cream of tartar, baking soda and sea salt.

1/3 cup oil (canola, coconut or butter, olive oil is not recommended)
2 whole large eggs
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
In the bowl of a mixer, combine all wet ingredients using a low speed. Add Breads From Anna Pumpkin Bread Mix and continuing blending on a low spped until well combined, approximately 2-3 minutes. Pour batter into a greased and dusted (tapioca starch or potato starch works very well) 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 loaf pan. Bake at 375F degress for 60 minutes.
Let cool one hour before slicing.
The bread can also be made into muffins, bake for approximately 20-25 minutes.
