Canyon Bakehouse has found the secret to gluten-free breads - these taste and feel like the real bread I have missed when I want a sandwich.

I have tried many different gluten free breads, and this is my favorite. All the different grains and seeds combine to give it a wonderful flavor, with or without toasting. I leave it on the counter and it doesn't turn dry and crumbly after the first day or two. From PB&J to grilled cheese or french toast, it works.
