This is great bread, light and fluffy, not dense and crumbly. Makes good sandwiches whether toasted or not. This is definitely the best gluten-free bread I have found.

I just recently found out that I have celiac disease. My husband who is gluten tolerant is a big bread eater. I needed something we could both enjoy. This is a wonderful and flavorful bread. To tell the truth, I was surprised at how good it tastes. I enjoy it toasted. It works well for grilled cheese as well as sandwiches.

Great bread! I have never really been a big bread person after finding out I am allergic to wheat and yeast. I guess that is a good thing, but I LOVE this bread. I will go out of my way to buy it. It is the only kind I will eat.

Finally, finally, a sandwich bread that does not taste like cardboard and I can eat it without putting it in the toaster or covering it with jelly so you can't taste it. Love this bread. Good for sandwiches of all kinds and I don't feel as if I have to force myself to eat it.

This bread tastes like regular bread. It has a soft texture and can be enjoyed toasted or untoasted. Doesn't fall apart unlike some other breads. My whole family enjoys it.

This is the best gluten-free bread I have ever eaten. The texture clearly resembles "regular" bread. I almost feel as if I'm cheating on my gluten-free diet. I will definitely continue purchasing Canyon Bakehouse products.
