Awesome sugar cookies!!! The taste and texture was incrediable, you couldn't even tell they were gluten free. I was diagnosed with celiac just before christmas and tried to find ways to bake christmas cookies (one of my favorite things to do at christmas time) but nothing was working, then I tried this mix!!! It didn't stick to the pans, it didn't stick to my counter, the cookies didn't fall apart, and they were easy to make and tasted great. this mix is worth every penny and you can be sure I will be buying often.
